I am a psychodynamically-oriented licensed clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst, which means that the work I engage in with my clients is intensive and aims to foster deep and long-lasting change. I am an engaged participant in this process and I have over 30 years experience working with a variety of problems and populations.
I have worked in a variety of mental health settings in this country and abroad. My multicultural background allows me to understand and help people who struggle with a variety of adaptation issues: immigration, lesbian, gay and transgender, chronic and catastrophic illness.
